Our Mission
​Badger Freedom Fund gives non-violent, indigent individuals the opportunity to restore their families, maintain their jobs and contribute to their community while facing criminal charges by posting bonds.

We believe:

That all people should have the benefit of being presumed innocent regardless of income

That everyone deserves a second chance and that every member of our society can contribute positively despite past criminal conduct.
Our Actions
How we put our beliefs in action:

Treat all with dignity and respect.

Assist in paying cash bonds for non-violent individuals and help them return to court to resolve their legal cases.

Support legislation and community efforts that advance collective liberation and work to end practices that disparately impact communities of color.

Work in collaboration with community to ensure our actions meet the collective need.
